I was banned for no apparent reason. I've never bought/sold coins, used other accounts, or done anything remotely close to anything that would violate user agreement but I was banned a week ago and have tried appealing twice with boiler plate responses that I violated the user agreement. I asked to at least know what I did on the second appeal and they said they will not share that information and to just review the user agreement. Now I can't use AH and that's a huge part of what I loved to do on MUT with investing and team building. Any advice?

what cards have you bought recently?
Have you bought or sold cards for values well outside the normal averages?
I believe your story. Unfortunately EA has a very unfair and outdated banning policy.
In the original email, does it say permanently banned? sometimes they go away. other cases I’ve heard it last a full year 🤦♂️
The reason is probably that you sold cards for much more than normal.
happened to me last year. did you sell Jamo before he crashed? i sold TOTY hamilton for like 5m last year then he dropped to like 1.5m can’t remember why and i got banned pretty much a day later, i appealed 3 times and reached my appeal limit, quit madden for the year lol

Yeah this . I sold Xavier Worthy yesterday for normal price . When I was looking at this site to see how much he was going for , I saw a closed sale for 2.4M , like WTF . Obvious ban coming to someone ..
its a permanent ban. Never even a warning or anything. Only thing I can think is i dint quick sell anything and was selling random core o-line man for TT at like 20-30k because of scarcity and team builders at max because of scarcity. I’ll just post cards hoping to get max coin since im NMS
you got 1/10 chances to get it reversed ea knows exactly what you did lol
they keep record of everything but gl on your journal

Selling at max will do it unfortunately. It gets flagged as distribution. Really annoying because why have ranges at all if you don't want sales at certain ranges?

That’s what I’m wondering

There's someone else recently who got banned for no apparent reason and was ultimately able to have it reversed.
Can you please tell us what it says inside your EA account under the ban status? I'm curious if that will give any indication. You should have also received an email stating what/when/maybe why you lost privileges. I've only experienced auction house bans.
I have a template you can use to contact EA Legal, as EA "Help" is absolutely worthless in every measurable way. You're probably wasting your time asking low level reps who have zero understanding of what video game you're even playing and will always find that EA isn't at fault. But this requires writing snail mail and is NOT a quick, nor guaranteed process. Costs about five bucks to send certified letter (with delivery confirmation) to send your "official" legal document.
Let's start with what it says inside your EA account and/or email.

"u" sound like youre 11 years old with no friends and have nothing better to do than make alt accounts on dying games forums. Lol that or am ea employee/intern. But i think they layed them all off. Its SUPER obvious no humans even made this game. Let alone maintain it.
