Any advice on getting a ban reversed?

I can only describe what has worked for me and happy to post and share freely, so that the community can offer their own opinions and suggestions. We're all in this together, we're the 99%. EA is the 1%, they are not to be trusted. 

I basically was forced to research the awful EA support process and spent a month wading through various levels of their bullshit before managing to recover my account in full, good status. This was October 2023.

EA banned me again in December 2023, for profiting off Team Diamond set pieces which were in ridiculously high demand. You can go back and look at price history on these cards to confirm I'm not B/Sing. 83 OVR Dak Prescott were selling liek hotcakes at 150-200k coins per. First week of December last MUT cycle. Bleh.

Lemme know, if I can help, I will gladly try. No charge, just try to help someone else in the future if you find an opportunity. I've got friends who but from Reddit coin resellers, but I'm trying to play by their bullshit terms of service, yet still get slapped silly with ban hammer. 🔨

Can you please tell us what it says inside your EA account under the ban status? I'm curious if that will give any indication. You should have also received an email stating what/when/maybe why you lost privileges. I've only experienced auction house bans.

I have a template you can use to contact EA Legal, as EA "Help" is absolutely worthless in every measurable way. You're probably wasting your time asking low level reps who have zero understanding of what video game you're even playing and will always find that EA isn't at fault. But this requires writing snail mail and is NOT a quick, nor guaranteed process. Costs about five bucks to send certified letter (with delivery confirmation) to send your "official" legal document.

”BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT WAS INVOLVED IN COIN DISTRIBUTION, WE'VE REMOVED ALL COINS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND PERMANENTLY REMOVED YOUR ACCESS TO THE AUCTION HOUSE AND MADDEN COMPANION APP FOR MADDEN 25.”

I’d be interested in doing the leg work to get this reversed and will take you up on that template. I def get the impression I need to talk to somebody higher up or in the know since I absolutely did nothing wrong.

Here ya go, dude. Probably takes at least a month and costs five bucks to send the certified letter, assuming EA Legal bothers to respond. I am not an attorney, just did a bit of research, talked to a few guys from MUThead and this is what I came up with. 

A small handful of guys have used it with varying degrees of success. Hope that helps, holler with any questions, especially if stuff doesn't make any sense. 

Or if you can improve upon it, go nuts.

EDIT: thru never wiped my coins, that requires effort and paying someone to actually manage accounts. EA isn't ever going to be accused of putting forth effort.

This is exactly why I always sell cards for below what they most recently sold for and I'm trying to drive the market down for everyone else and I still stack a huge stack by the end of the season. There's no reason to get greedy

I asked to at least know what I did on the second appeal and they said they will not share that information and to just review the user agreement. Now I can't use AH and that's a huge part of what I loved to do on MUT with investing and team building. Any advice?

That's basically it. I was making coin on trash cards in a legitimate way but because of coin sellers I'm punished. I bet if I was spending money on the game they wouldn't have banned me.

Make a New Ea account..forget ban

Good luck.  I got banned in 22 for no reason and couldn’t do anything about it no matter how many times I appealed.  Ended up just giving up for the year — can’t believe I continue to buy this game, but so it goes.
