And add mode salary cap🔥🔥
People would pay it and then still complained they’re getting DDA’d. Would be a waste of cash
RyyoLurkedEm said:wrong. the best player should win. if you’re terrible but you spend 5k on packs, you should not beat me purely based on money spent
of course, but if we are the same skill and i have better players, i should win.

No in game adjustments from EA, no sweaty matchmaking
Just the best team winning each game
And player ratings actually would matter
I paid for that when I bought the title. EA simply didn't deliver.
I don't mind ELO, as long as the formula reflects actual skill. ELO should be just a matchmaking tool, and then employed only in formats where matchmaking is appropriate, such as modes with divisions where the rewards are better.

Literally an option in settings for "even teams". While it doesnt prove its activated online, its definitely there.
Thats not the same thing. I’ve looked into this matter for a few years. EA has the patent for DDA but it’s not implemented in online gameplay. Do you notice you can’t turn on “even teams” in the mut options? I can send you links to the documents that prove DDA is not in online gameplay.
I apologize I shouldn’t have said DDA doesn’t exist, it’s just not in online gameplay.
I’d pay a good bit for a visit from Santa. Seems about as likely.

Yeah it does. It’s in the game. It’s been proven.
Some of the weird shit that happens can’t be explained. DDA does happen, online as well…you have to be Stevie fucking Wonder not to see that.
RyyoLurkedEm said:this. For those that don’t believe in DDA, load up a game with 90 over alls and watch your players beat 95 speed dudes and catch crazy balls in traffic.
DDA doesn’t make trash teams win automatically. it neutralises some animations to make it more competitive which shouldnt happen. 91 speed should never burn 95 speed but when DDA takes place, there’s a good chance it happens
Facts 💯

Thats like believing the earth is flat
I think it's the contrary. Believing in DDA is like believing the Earth is flat.
i’m not paying nothing extra besides the 70.00 for standard edition

I've lost a ton of games.
But I've also had games stolen from me by flawed programming
peatrick said:YES, I would pay a ~thousand dollars for an NFL simulation football game that isn't such a buggy-ass inconsistent mess. What many in the community perceive to be "DDA" I am convinced is simply the poor, outdated, animation based gameplay. What is poor coding versus issues with the Frostbite game engine isn't entirely clear to me.
Regardless, this is an objectively not good game... but what else are we going to do or play, Tecmo Bowl? Or ESPN05?
Sad state of affairs, no matter the cause.
I completely agree with you.
I sometimes wonder if they will ever get it right - I'm in no way saying it's an easy task, but I haven't seen any type of significant progress over the last decade.
The last time I played Madden consistently was Madden 16 and we had the same issues then that we have now. We still have terrible Defensive AI, we still have these Meta plays, formations, glitches, etc.
I thought I would be shocked by how good Madden would play after being away for so long, but it felt like I never left.
This "Boom Tech" feels cold and unnatural; there seems to be a sort of uncanny valley effect going on; the players look real, and the field/stadiums look real, but the gameplay gives it away - You can definitely see the man behind the curtain.
I know that MUT is based on Fantasy, not Simulation (Moss was not a CB) so I sort of accept the Abilities, Boosts, and all the other fluff, but do we need all that extra stuff?
Can't we just have a true Sim-style game? Is it that difficult to remove all this Meta stuff from the game?
A lot of people think they're good at Madden because they can call the same play on Defense all game and call a few concepts on Offense.
I guarantee these people will tell you the game is not that bad and that I'm just mad cuz I suck, or because I'm jealous they have all the best cards, but I honestly don't want any part of that; I played enough H2H games (5 games) to realize that you're basically playing the same guy every game.
There's nothing more fun than having to spend an entire game trying to figure out how to block a 3-man rush with a LB looping around to pressure you on every play.
But then I remembered that last year, the Chiefs won the Super Bowl by only having 3 formations and 5 plays in their playbook, so if they can do it, it must be Sim. (This, of course, never happened)
