This is an ULTRA budget friendly option, but i started trying to rebuild my 88 OVR 49ers theme team for Zero Chill promo, using Matt Brieda the Cheetah to build my roster around: https://www.mut.gg/players/12933-matt-breida/24-28012933/

He gets 90 SPD with 25/50 TT in addition to the +1 SPD from ZC Strategy item.  The only other HB in that range, as far as speed, was Isaiah Pacheco Division Dynasty, who is also a fantastic option.  Don't sleep on this if you need to compete this weekend.  Good luck, fellas!

I was seriously considering that grind for Zero Chill offline (CPU) gauntlet mode, "Tis the Dang Season" or whatever these promos are called, but then i woke up and smelled the coffee.  Holy hell, the 90 OVR Travis Etienne is better than that Zeke in almost every way.  Sure, Zeke is a better pure pass catcher, but i'll take the SPD, AGI, ACC and COD boosts and rely on Gift Wrapped to ensure Travis runs away.

92 SPD HB for well under 100k feels liek a nice budget option, IMO.
