Egg rerolls arent necessarily profitable. I personally wouldn't do it . Treat it like gambling. If you're going to be done with the game and want to have fun, great. If you'll be sadly disappointed losing those 2 guys to pull junk eggs, no. I bought 600k training to see what happens, but I've got alot of coins.

My plan is to spend about 200k-300k coins on training and save the rest to buy back julio when the market crashes and i am going to get Ed Too Tall WR GT from doing the solos.

I'd save your plans until GTs are released and they've confirmed you get one from solos. Who knows what their plan will be. If they drop 3 a week, there may not be anything free until July. I don't know about you, but I won't be booting this game up in July.
