Slim reaper if you want to spend it on that but eh
Move Blank to FS and get an Eagle SS (Poyer/CJ) 
OLB if you use them, I dont so that saves coins there
White and Hargave (whos getting an upgrade today as well)

You should definitely look into a new QB unless you are sticking with the Eagles TT, other than that, a new ROLB and Left End, and then maybe Slim Reaper if he's a decent price.
