Newton or Cunningham

I have a full Panthers TT.  And run the ravens playbook.  I run alot with Cam.

So would Cunningham be better since he gets all Chem.  

Or just save the money and keep cam. 

I'm a casual player and dont play season or H2H much.

Cam newton has a really bad release and a long windup. In addition, he has those 5 second long hot route animations where he points up. Compared to Randall, who has a better release and for the most part better stats, Cam doesn’t get as many good abilities since he is the scrambler archetype(EA keeps ripping scramblers). In my opinion improvisers are the best archetypes. They get slinger for relatively cheap but also get hot route and some popular deadeye abilities like dashing and cross-body deadeye.

Edit: If you can sell cam, do that to save some coin on randall.

Also, if you like to run like you said, get Randall since he is much faster than Cam. Make sure you use fastbreak or escape artist for the best results.

Buy some cheap training to get the 80k training pack for Cunningham in the store.
