Hey guys.
This game isn’t fun anymore. I’m exhausted of all of these gun tight Quadfather Cheesers. Having all of these overpowered, unrealistic abilties is starting to hinder my passion for football Video games. This year ive probably spent the most time and effort building my team, making coins, and playing H2H. Ive played the market all year and have a hefty coin stack at this point And a great team. But theres really one question I have to ask myself, what’s the point? We’re gonna get a new game in a couple months and all this time could be used elsewhere instead of a game that no one will care about in a few months time. I’ve already sold off all my investments and my top end cards for my jets tt (Wilson, Sauce and Flacco). If you’re interested in anyone on my team lmk. Im just gonna get my coin stack as high as possible in case I want to come back to the game in the future where my current team will be completely outdated. (if it already isn’t)
I love football. I love my Jets. I just want to have a game where I can use all my favorite players and have fun. It’s kind of hard when EA doesn’t like your team just because it is not as popular, not meta, or just isn’t good. To even have a chance to compete in head to head, my best option on my jets tt is Joe Flacco. I’d rather watch paint dry than watch him play irl. HE’S OUR MOST INTERESTING QB OPTION. Geno Smith-Huge bust for the jets. JOSH JOHNSON-Played 2 games for us. MARK BRUNELL-Was basically a coach on the jets in the last 2 years of his career. How about a usable Vick, Good Wilson (I love him but he sucks) , maybe a Namath? We Have some of the most electric backs in the league (Hall and Robinson) but our best running back is Keith Byars. I can guarantee you I’ve never watched a snap of him playing. Without honors, our tt would be nothing. NOTHING! The Eagles and the Chiefs are the two best teams in football, but if you think JAYLEN WATSON AND KYZIR WHITE deserve upgrades over guys like AJ Terrell, DJ Reed, Jalen Ramsey, Jaire Alexander, and TreDavious White, you’re on something else. Today, we have a bunch of cards released. We get Ezra Cleveland, (the casual fan would have to google him), Al Woods, and Zach Cunningham (who literally just got cut and did nothing this year). Why give them to these people, because they’re meta! If they give cards to subpar teams they have to be meta players, not good players.
Why even bother making coins this year? Why even try to play the market in any way shape or form when on Christmas day, tons of players that got on For they're Christmas gifts and make tens of millions of coins because of a glitch. I waste all of this time and thought while other players who had hundreds of presents can make more in an hour than I can in an entire year. We’ve all given this inept money second chances, third chances, and fourth chances. It’s time to let go of all of those chances. We get Team of the delayed by 2 months in EA‘s words “to avoid duplicate cards” and they release a Ballot of players who have one or more recent upgrades.
Although I love football, Baseball has always been my passion. If you were wondering I think my Mets are gonna bring it home this year. Anyway, I’ve always heald my own in H2H, but in Diamond Dynasty I’m really not that good. Sure San Diego Studios doesn’t have the best reputation either, but as a casual player, I have much more fun losing games than I do winning games in Madden. You can always make adjustments to what. Your opponent is doing In the Show. When playing madden, it’s impossible to adjust to PA SLOT CROSS AND STRETCH RUNS WITH QUADFATHER. Sure it is bit more fluky, but I’d rather have that than No fluke at all when your opponent throws aggs into coverage to UL Harold Carmichael and catches it every time. In DD, you don’t need to worry about metas and outdated cards as much as in madden. Sure it may Set limitation, but your openent can’t abuse your one hole the entire game like you can in madden.
I’ve tried having fun in other modes but I can’t do it anymore.
Franchise: Has no storyline
Face of the Franchise: Has too much of a storyline and is too cheesy
Regs: It’s impossible to adjust to a qb with no abilities after being so accustomed to Set Feet Lead and Hot Route Master all year
Ko and The Yard: Not even Football
I can use my time For more useful things. This game is not one of them. Switching to another game isn’t exactly the best way to do so, but I can guarantee I’ll play less than I do now, and I’ll have more fun.
