[K] Brandon McManus: 87 KPW i believe remains best in the entire game, I'd urge most everyone to select this as your freebie from the Ultimate Kickoff Field Pass, or if you can grab him for 50-65K(ish) range, you'll almost certainly start winning more games booming those 55+ yard field goals early in the season.
  5. [WR] Chris Olave: I'm still trying to work my way through the House Rules Field Pass situation, was planning on taking this as my 86 OVR BND freebie.  He's up there with Cooks & Hopkins, also free cards.

Will continue updating this post if/when i think of a few others... i was just recently on a quest to figure out all the budget beasts I'd been potentially missing out on.  Hope this helps.
