Acrobat on all secondary players so they can jump higher etc and lurker for lbs because it'll make them usable. Inside stuff because a run stuffing dt isn't enough. Plus I've had an  "x factor"  go off maybe once or twice. 

Not trying to be negative but just curious what others use/think about abilities especially on defense. 

Oh and lastly if I have inside stuff on a dt, do I have to user him in order to get it to activate?  Doesn't seem to otherwise.
