<p>OSA usually starts and ends the year. Its never been bad but it is AP heavy.</p>

<p>5K/card and get them from dailies.  </p> <p>Keep putting the cards into the exchange sets. Either white to blue or white to green to blue.  </p> <p>Then if you dont get one there, you do the fantasy pack and hope you get one out of there for the ones you want…</p>
