Im not saying its a bad card, but it should be 97 speed.

ea kinda whiffed because there is a bunch of cards with discounted abilities that can get 99 speed, and gts cant get discounted abilities. Especially cards like Chris westry gt and Ty reek hill gt where the gts are based off a card with discounted abilities, should definitely get the same discounted abilities.
