Yes, I could add a gold 99 LG to my 50/50 Chargers TT - to replace the present gold 99 non-TT LG. No gain. Yes, I could add any of the other non-TT (for me) gold 99's to replace existing 99's. Again, no gain. At this point as soon as I reach level 45 to max out my Fouts my team will reach the end game 99 overall without adding any new cards.
As far as 23? Not rushing to buy it as we all know it'll essentially be same ole, same ole just reset to bilk us out of another year of our hard earned money. And the pre-order bonus incentives are as meh as could be. As for the RP program, it's been around long enough to know even if you had every RP the amount of time in 23 those cards would be starting for you is typically negligible.
Just my humble opinion.
