I would sell RB Joe Mixon and do the House Rules and take DeMarco Murray. That would put coins in your pocket.
You could then sell your Shaquil Barrett and replace with the Campus Hero Version of him.
I would take the CB from the TOTW promo to help your defense out.
Your O-line you should be able to get some good placements from the next promo.

Tebow is fun if you like running with your QB a lot, but if you pass a lot, he's definitely the worst. I haven't personally used Montana, but he looks like he'd be great as a pocket passer, but his lack of mobility puts him below TLaw.
