<p>No. Just play a few champs games and you can easily get it still people for some reason you have some people who just refuse to even click the button. If you’re that bad it may take a few more games. Just play on sat/sun and you should rack them up.…</p>

<p>Nope they killed it since you need 40/50 For speed. You can still make them but you don’t get the speed boosts</p>
