SFL and PLE are the only things that will increase your passing velocity. Basically mean the ball will get to your target faster and on a lower trajectory. 

This means that Lamar Jackson with 89 THP and SFL will throw the ball "harder" than Tom Brady with 93THP without SFL.

SFL is necessary if you want to compete at this point in the year, with everyone having 92+ speed db's you need SFL to throw the ball.
