Exactly my thoughts
Moderator Sevein131 said:So far the abilities that are free are the ones the positions should already have by default. Lbs should have lurk artist built in and dbs should have pick artists built in. These are standard ways for players to play.
When they start adding abilities for free that actually matter we will know we're in for a ride.

It was hard to pull out texans since they don’t have too many and I was thinking like a Johnson or something from games past but I feel like they can use him here
Ifeo5 said:Watt would be fire

Oh shit you’re right forgot he was cover. I can see bosworth or hasselback
theoriginalkbgames33 said:I don't think shaun Alexander is gonna be it considering he was a cover athlete so I'm gonna say either Kenny Easley, Earl Thomas (unlikely) or Lofa Tatupu/Brian Bosworth.
Re: Does Blocking Power or Blocking Footwork Actually matter??

Yeah oop doesn’t matter anymore so I usually replace my oldest when I get new ones. If you run lots of pulling or sweeps you’ll want speed/acc on guards as well.

and your C awr will replace the lowest awr on the line as well so makes a bit easie…
peatrick said:Thank you, i saw some other list that hadn't been updated in a while, i thought originated on or from same MUTVault site. Granted, this was back around when Rookie Premiers were just coming out.
STR + AWR + Weight is a good back of the napkin calculation, but i'm currently missing a natural position LG and have been tinkering trying to determine who is the best player to run OOP on my O-line. I assume that many/most of the positions hardly matter, correct? So an OT running at Guard would have equal ability in both run and pass blocking schemes as they would at Tackle. Am i close with these assumptions?
I did grab a LG from Blitz with the remainder of my tickets before they expired, but his Awareness stat is horrendous, mostly grabbed him for the SPD, in case i want to have an option for pulling guard in the run game. For the moment, i've got Lincoln Kennedy at LG, moved the Harvest BND Rob Havenstein in at RT (who has a bunch of 90s for a freebie, excellent card).

Yes.

https://mutvault.com/Thresholds.html
jimshredder said:Where can I find more information these "thresholds"
So does this mean overall doesnt matter, but thresholds do?
So am 86-89 rating is all the same, but 90 makes a big difference?

Yeah trying to go through Reddit/Twitter history isnt the easiest
cferga32 said:Cool, would be great to have an updated spreadsheet.
Also hope someone tracks down the original mutleaks codes, would be helpful to many who have never seen them.
I briefly looked but it was posted years ago now at this point and I just dont have the patience to look through all that

EAs reign of terror is likely nearing a close. There are other companies prepping to take over and compete (some have already started releasing non NFL games even) and EAs revenue is down from MUT and theyre not happy about it. Also if recent history is any indicator EA will likely choose even on their own volition not to renew the NFL exclusive license (like they did with FIFA) anyway. So likely (knock on wood*) better days will return.
Feels weird being positive about something, im usually known as quite the opposite. Lol
