<p>Probably. Since thats max threshold unless you use it for the extra overall bonus/other bonus on the card.</p>

<p>For purple you need both sub item symbols to match to get the bonus.  </p> <p>On the orange ones only one has to match. Not sure if they stack though.</p>

<p>23 is good. Theres been a few misses like Legends but other than that, most of the program ones have been super awesome.</p>
