<p>Unless its 0 AP and theres not another ability you can use there then maybe.  </p> <p>Tip drill probably would only work on a swatted ball... reach elite means youll be able to tackle the ball carrier even if engaged with a lineman.</p>

My Oline is 93 Tyron Smith with Edge Protector but he is a 94 with strategy cards. RT is Trent Brown who is a 93 with Edge protector. 

What strategy cards are the best value? And obviously most players are running by all my DB's because theyre only 90-94 speed.
