In my personal experience, only 2 have had several "perfect" games - no missed throws, 100% completion % (12+ passes ).....Elway and Stabler

Brady has an honorable mention.

All of the other QBs have had those throws too frequently...the ones where you go "WTF was that!?"....Mahomes was nice for a while. Flacco was good at first but something happened with his card...Leon missed way too many throws. Allen sailed a few, Vick missed way too many throws and Herbert throws too many bad deep balls (which for Slinger 3 is surprising).

Just my opinion but Stabler is the best QB I have used all season with Elway and Brady as 2 and 3.
