Depending on your play style Troy could be tour number 1 guy he's quick he covers everything but he does lack in size but you can fix that by having a tall FS so I recommend Troy Polamalu.

This bullet point under Play Awareness:

Logic added so that when defensive backs are playing in linebacker positions, they will have slower reaction time to the running game.

 

Also, do note that a downside to blitzing your user is they will blitz if you switch off instead of covering a zone, so just have to keep that in mind when choosing to blitz your user every play.  Not an issue if you don't switch off but can bite some people if they're not aware.
