I had "Feel the Speed" which gave +7 speed, jump and acceleration to all my players, and this morning it changed to  "Slippery" +7 strength, power moves and block shed. My team OVR dropped 2 points because of this change. How often do these strategy items change?

And we are facing the same team as in last week's challenges, so the familiarity of how to play them on defense is there. It's hilarious making big man CB Carmichael look ordinary on the outside with a much shorter WR if you know what you're doing.
