<p>Anyone else having this problem? If I had two of the same card I used to just put in the price to sell and increase the quantity, but now that ability is gone. Has that happened to anyone else?</p>

Prices are based on when the last time it was refreshed by someone.  If it's been 3 hours, it just means no one has refreshed that card for 3 hours.  Refresh it and you can get the more current price.
