They have 6 Superbowls worth of great players to choose from, which is more than most teams.

Season 3 was pitiful. Every single card was outdated before they even did the reveal. Made me lose so much interest in the game as a whole. I think it was the worst season I’ve ever seen in madden. 
 

thinking forward (optimistically) I kinda like what they did for the Donald Penn zero chill thing. Would be cool if we got like 91 overall base field pass players, then got tokens every few levels to pump up their stats however we want. Since they already introduced that, why not keep it going? 🤷🏻‍♂️
