<p>Doubtful since we did not have a Legend chem this year.I believe it was confirmed we'd have Neither of them.</p>

<p>Last i saw it was either in the challenges or something like that but he only gets to a 93 and we have way better 93 CB's out there that are decent price or were anyways but tbh man not sure if you can still Fully Upgrade him now.</p>

<p>I got mine back last week when i down Graded Crowder for Kevin so my guess it's fine plus with the new TC objectives these should upgrade i have 3 tokens in my binder as of last night i could not use.</p>
