<p>Google does a much better job of search than we could. Just go to Google and type: MUT.GG and whatever you want to search for. It's works great.</p>

Have you seen any indication that your advice has an effect?  There are any number of reasons that they may not be able to address certain suggestions, but have you seen an indication that makes you believe you are not wasting your time?
