<p>If you opened at 10:30 AM, you got everything you earned.  It was just mislabeled in different presents, but it was all there.</p>

<p>No.  You're entitle to get what was in the packs you earned.  If you're expecting to get makerights because others benefited from a glitch, you're going to be waiting a long time.  That's not how EA works.</p>
