100% agree here, I think the menus will hopefully be fixed when season 3 comes out. And this will likely be the last year of Madden on oldgen, so anyone that wants to keep playing (or play the new EA Sports College Football) is gonna have to upgrade. It's just how tech works, nothing personal. I personally will be getting a series x when i can afford one.

They didn’t ask for the new gameplay, new Abilities, or anything else that current gen offers. How is that not an EA issue? All they are asking is that the game that EA advertised and sold them is playable.

I have 2 cards that have Lurk artist  Luke Kuechly and Crowder and BOTH are missing the ability in their slots.  Idk what's going on I mean Luke has the lurker ability and pick artist separately but not the combination for Lurk Artist. But it is an EA issue - your logic is flawed. While I agree a newer console is exactly that… newer & faster  giving people who didn’t purchase no room to complain that the current console is exactly that… BETTER.
 

The flaw is saying the old gen is 3 years old like saying if I have an older home and buy a product for it that is made for it or a newer home, but said company decided to abandon supporting it in an older home that I should just buy a new home.
 

EA is that said company, they put out & sold a product to just abandon it leaving it as is. 
 

It is obvious EA is clueless to a solution & just decided that what should be a simple fix is not worth their time… don’t act like they’d jump to fix the same issue had it been on a current console.
 

EA has lacked customer service for years. The only time they jump to fix anything is if it benefits the customer in the slightest way.
 

As a MODERATOR… you’d think you’d have had a better reply than to side with this garage company like they remotely care for anybody but their internal community & be more for the community - just saying!
 

To each’s own tho & for the record I’m not some NOOB to EA & MUT… probably been around longer than 95%+ of the people on this site as well as having more dealing with EA & this game to include developers & such!
