Gotta ask yourself if it's even worth the Dev time to come up with these promo's that most people can't take advantage of? EA wants to create that FOMO feeling so you in frustration go out and spend money on their store which wouldn't be a bad thing per se if they were required to offer you value but they're not. Any bundle someone spends $50 plus on should guarantee you some value instead of pure randomness. This is where people want the government to get involved in the regulation of these practices that fall under gambling. And EA is going to do their best to suck up every penny until regulation is forced on them.

They took it out for sure. And it's little stuff like this that reinforces the argument they absolutely hate NMS players. No reason to even make it once a day like they did much less remove it.
