I never said it was intentional, it just feels that way sometimes. Also, just generally a bit bitter about it, considering how low they were a few days ago.
SlowAndSteady said:I don’t think people are intentionally trying to raise the market. It’s supply and demand. Anytime we have decent training re-rolls people buy cards to quicksell for training and the market goes up. Nothing new, been happening all year. Are there a few cards you are wanting that you can’t afford?

Re: How are your Training Variety Packs going?

I really hope it drops, because I want cheap training. GTs are more of a bonus for me, at this point.
lostblackjack1 said:It's Ed Reed. Once he's gone the prices will drop again. At least for the UL which is where I buy my training.
Re: Message To Marketeers in MUT 22

If that's the case, then I'll practically never be able to buy anything again, because the market seems to be continuing to go up and up. I wish more people understood how I felt.
moshjanis said:Assuming no market manipulation by EA, the buyers set the price. Don't buy expensive cards and the prices will drop. It seems the issue here is that which you find unaffordable, others find affordable.
Re: Message To Marketeers in MUT 22

Honestly, I kind of disagree. I'd rather have cheap training than everyone and their mother running a dozen GTs on their team, because it makes everything way too same-y. I understand what you're saying though.
SlowAndSteady said:I think we got super spoiled when the market crashed but the GT’s were crazy rare and 3-5 MIL. I would much rather have the market stay where it is with GT’s at 200k-400k than be able to buy super cheap training and afford 0 GT’s.
The market likely won’t change too much now that we have the TVP. At least not for a while anyways. Players are going to be rolling for GT’s and having fun using them. Once the better GT’s have all dropped the market will go down some but the game will be dead for a lot of people. It’s kind of like real estate, you gotta pay more for what you want (GT’s excluded) but you can also get more for anything you want to sell. If you are just trying to buy training then I know that sucks but overall the re-rolls haven’t been too bad.
Re: Message To Marketeers in MUT 22

I'd prefer lower, but 1.25 is a good benchmark honestly.

You would edit your comment right as I reply to it XD
m1k3y6i2 said:I'd be cool with 1.25 c/tp. Anything more than that is a little crazy at this point

Re: Market Inflation Issue

I have less than 400k coins and barely like 20k training! I didn't specifically say I was going to be the one, it was just a blanket statement!
BeefBalls said:I support your effort and applaud you for taking on for the team on this one and trying to get them trending downwards again. I'll wait to hear of your success before I buy training.

That's still more than I want to pay for training in May.
Daddy said:Luckily, double 1 is only 2 (per) lol

I really hope so.
QB283 said:Plus, if Madden 21 is an indicator, then the market will crash again soon enough
