<p>I mainly build a Packers TT for fun and play with occasionally. But be assured that players who actually played for GB at some point are on mine. I'm not a fan of universal chemistry.</p>

<p>Only way that you can get a Devin Hester card at this point is to get his Power Up and full Legend card to upgrade into it if you want. This will only have the teams he played for as the chems.</p>
