<p>I thought they put them at half the training value a few weeks back.  Did they remove that limit for a while and now put it back?  I know the draft night cards were weird because they didn't have the same limit like as the other cards.</p>

<p>This is true, he ended up signing when he was drafted.  Most of the other picks had signed it prior to the draft.  Hopefully EA releases his card soon.  Marvin Harrison Jr still has not signed his, which is why you can't get his jersey yet.</p>

<p>Agreed.  Tell you what, I would take him over Tua for my Dolphins any day of the week.  Not a Tua hater but I just don't ever see him being Elite because he doesn't extend plays like Elite players can.</p>
