<p>Usually it's the last promo they release. I wouldn't expect it for a while if EA is planning to introduce summer content, but that's questionable even though Season 5 is planned.</p>

<p>No, this happens when there is a connection issue. The game will pause for a second trying to reconnect, then seem to speed up to get to where you were supposed to be. It usually messes up the result though and continues a certain action, like scram…</p>
