Re: The Same-Name-Game
Re: Draft hot takes

I think that's the problem with a lot of QB prospects this year. They're rough around the edges, and the guys who could refine their skills already have a good QB. There's just not a lot of great quarterback developers out there.
weplaythose said:Im not super hopeful either. The right coach could fix him. But the guys that could, dont need a qb (Reid, Shanahan)
Re: Draft hot takes

High potential, but I don't think he's likely to reach it for a while. I've just heard way too many bad reports about him. Yes, arm strength through the roof but even his receivers at Tennessee said that they had to adjust their drills just to catch…
weplaythose said:Hot take. Joe Milton is the most high potential QB this year. His arm strength is unmatched by anyone, and if he could fix the accuracy issues, he could be a legit NFL starter.
Re: Draft hot takes

I think Drake Maye could end up similar to Josh Allen in terms of quarterback style and success. He will need development though, so best case scenario he falls to the Vikings. I also like Penix Jr. as a prospect, but I don't think he will be given …

Re: NFL Mock Drafts are Gettin' Wild

Better that than Chiefs 😆

Still unless every NFL team forgets Bowers exists I don’t see him slipping out of the top fifteen.
Geo7030 said:eh ive seen people saying bowers falls to 22 and we get him, wouldnt hate it
Re: DIGGS to the TEXANS

I’m in shock. Wild move, and for a next year second? I know Diggs needs to be paid, but that’s crazy. Texans are looking dangerous.

NFL Mock Drafts are Gettin' Wild

Seriously, I think people are just putting stuff out there to be different. CBS Sports has been doing a ton of mock drafts, and they got some crazy takes. Dallas Turner over Rome Odunze? Brock Bowers falling to 32, and then the Chiefs taking him? An…

Re: Draft

I do think Caleb Williams will be a bust, or at least underperform expectations. First off, I've never been high on PAC-12 players. Second, Caleb Williams specifically is a big play merchant, and that will not translate consistently to the NFL. Agai…

Re: A linebackers nightmare: Lamar, Mark Andrews, and Henry. Saquad to eagles = super bowl

I'm thinking we're gonna have a pretty similar conference championship round these next playoffs. Ravens-Chiefs and 49ers-Eagles is my early pick.

Re: Hot take: bears will make the playoffs in the next 3 years

They could very well have a Texans-like revival this year. However, I’m among those skeptical of how Caleb Williams’s skill set will translate into the NFL, and since it really hinges on his success I’m not sure how long it will take.

Re: Justin Fields to Steelers????????

True. I think Pittsburgh is hoping it won't take as long as it did with Geno for Fields to take over.

I do think this is a good situation for Fields and hopefully he'll spend his time trying to polish his passing.
bobbyhill316 said:hell, look at geno smith….he had bust planted on his career for like first 9 years then has the “resurrection” with seattle
just gotta get a qb in the right situation and never know what they will do
Re: Justin Fields to Steelers????????

Well considering he's been a starter for a few years he's not nearly as impressionable as Jordan Love would have been coming into Green Bay under Rodgers.

Also considering he's a dual threat quarterback (and was a heavily used one in Chicago) hi…
bobbyhill316 said:he is literally only 25……how is it late in his career?
Re: Justin Fields to Steelers????????

It seems they want to try the ”Jordan Love Strategy” with Fields. Apparently he will not be competing for the starting job, and will learn under Wilson. It’s a bit late in Fields’s career to try this, but it could work.

Re: NFL talk

Favorite: Derrick Henry to Ravens. He's aging, but Lamar hasn't really had a top tier running back throughout his career (I think his first MVP season it was Mark Ingram who was the HB) so I'm excited to see how this works. I think this move also op…

Re: FREE AGENCY (Not a tracker, just post your thoughts here)

Definitely a high-profile signing. Gonna be weird seeing Henry in a different uniform. Sign/draft another WR or two and Todd Monken is going to have a blast creating a scheme around them.
EazyBreezy said:KING HENRY(can’t wait for him to truck Patrick queen in our stadium)
