Just a heads up QB speed will be nerfed for whatever reason. EA just programs the game that way. In order to break off a long QB run you need to learn how to follow the blocks and accelerate once you hit the hole. Don't hold the sprint button behind the line of scrimmage.
QB Wrap is currently the best QB run in the game. I use that pretty often along with Buck Sweep Read Option out of Ravens playbook. Both heavily utilize the offensive line moving with the run, so if you can read the holes you'll be able to run pretty effectively.
Got me 300+ yards rushing between Flash (no X-Factor) and Tim Tebow in my last H2H Super Bowl.
