Re: What's your guys defensive scheme?

Well, I don't have a lot of great players, which is why it's necessary for me to scheme up gameplans like the one I described in order to be competitive:

https://www.mut.gg/23/lineup-builder/2525df0f-e717-48f4-a3bf-411613973c9f/

Definitely not a g…
devMCchamp said:That's a really good and smart scheme, as you said most online players can't truly read defenses so they rely on their plays to work no matter what, and then when they see the rush screaming in and the pocket collapses they chuck one up to not take the sack; this kind of pressure is what I want in a sort of off/no longer meta defense. Who are some of your players on defense?
Re: What's your guys defensive scheme?

I do mostly zone blitzes. If my defensive line and blitzing DBs can't get pressure, then my opponent can pick my defense apart, but most online players I've faced don't seem to know how to effectively read a defense so they just end up throwing the …
swatthatdot said:Heard of the bend but don't break? I run the sack or break defense. Offense is too easy in this game and the only way to make a difference is turnovers. Blitzing like crazy is the only way to accomplish this.

Lol, they definitely have their own standards for how we should use cards, such as Merlin Olsen having edge rusher abilities and defensive ends with lurker lol, but Chase Young having 87 MCV is weird
WalterPaytonGOAT said:"What about ZCV"
"No that would be useful people could play him at OLB"
"Oh ok"

This. I matched up against a guy a about a few weeks ago who just threw lobs and agged with Calvin Johnson. ÂVery sensitive situation and it needs to be addressed with maturity, not mut cards

Hoping they address the lock outs on GMM and maybe give us a timeline. They put the game on autopilot and it immediately crashed
PackersMakeMeSad said:And not to mention the amount of people who are still locked out of MUT and the colossal screw ups with presents and makerights.

Re: Are Coins Worthless?

I hope they don't take platinums out of TVPs, you literally can't pull them anywhere else except for bundles.
ichinanjo said:I’m aware. It’s just interesting to me is that in previous MUTs, training has had no little to no monetary value. Having training didn’t necessarily mean you were rich. You could roll it and potentially get lucky, but most of the time you’d just be better off with coins.
This year, however, (when the TVP is in the store) it feels like having training does equal having coins. Quickselling a few things in your binder and rolling a few TVPs can yield a decent amount of coins even if you only pull an 83 OVR platinum card or a blue strategy item.
Maybe EA will take platinum cards out of the pack the next time they roll around.
In the meantime I really think that TVPs are affecting the market enough now to change it long-term.
