I look for an AGILE guard, one who already has all the 90 finesse threshholds. And I use the item to boost his power so that he has 90s across the board instead of just agile skills. Something like that?

<p>99 JMP is nice, but unfortunately Williams is very undersized in both height and weight. He'd have to get some great abilities to become a good slot CB.</p>

<p>Best pull so far was a legendary strat. I tried doing Pro Elite Packs and then rolling for training. Only lost 70k total but every coin counts for me</p>
