<p>Because they can't sell new cards if everything is 99, so they slap a fake overall on the card. That's why you'll have 99s that have such disappointing stats.</p>

<p>Thank goodness I haven’t been in that situation irl lol. That’s honestly true, I don’t know why I discriminate between the abilities. Plus most of my opponents are running Freight Train or Phenom anyway.</p>
