<p>Under center and play-action plays don't usually work well unless you have Secure Protector on all of your linemen, at least in my experience. I prefer Gun formations. Keep the HB in the backfield to block. Should give you at least an extra second.</p>

<p>I don't play any sports currently, but I did Taekwondo for six years. To this day I have never been beaten in a tournament sparring match.</p>
