<p>Unfortunately I think it’s just how EA decided to make the tier 10 strat upgrades so that the last stat listed on the card only gives us +2. Some people have said they may allow the last +1 upgrade at the Season 4 update. Who knows if/when that will…</p>

<p>Maybe not super “budget” but Josh Gordon powered up to 96 has played better than most receivers for me. Looks like he costs around 180k total right now to power up. He’s 6’ 3” has 96 SPD, 97 ACC, great catching, release, DRR, and he’s a beast after …</p>
