<p>There is a list of all the strat cards that were originally released in Season 1 but I haven’t seen a list with all of the strat cards from Season 2/3.</p>

<p>I’m guessing like 93-94 Speed. I would love to see it higher but if you look at Too Tall WR his 95 OVR had 93 SPD and his GT only got 96 SPD (only +3 with a +4 OVR) Vita Vea HB card with upgrade to 94 OVR has 90 SPD so the OVR will be +5 but I doubt…</p>
