<p>Gotta buy strat cards in the store and put them in sets and cross your fingers. If you just want to get the uncommon it’s pretty easy to do the set where you can pick the exact one that you want.</p>

<p>Heavy Blitz boosts all defense IBL, POW, MCV and then uncommon and rare give you other boosts. PRC is one of the other boosts on the uncommon and rare cards.</p>

<p>I would put him in the power up. OVR rating doesn’t make a difference in game. He also gets DT as secondary chem and will count towards both of your team chems with the PUP, that opens up another spot on your roster.</p>

<p>Yeah man, I’m using Antonio Gibson as my receiving back and his 96 OVR flashback card gets the same SPD/ACC as Barkley. I know Gibson is quick but Saquon has to be close to the same speed.</p>
