<p>Yeah as far as I know any strat card that doesn’t have SPD can be upgraded to Tier 14 now. That gives +5 boost to the first 3 attributes and +4 boost to the last two attributes. But as many rare fantasy strats as I've done (ive wasted so many rare strategy on this set), I've never come across or seen any s2 ones that are worth a damn really as in anything with speed or anything important. Does that make sense?
Its a head scratcher for sure. Its been bothering me since s4 came out and I found out you can upgrade s2 to s4 but there's no info anywhere on it.

<p>Well they didn’t release any new strat cards for S4 they just gave higher upgrade tiers to the existing strat cards. What kind of boosts are you looking for?
