<p>If you’re that far off I would probably just use somebody else. There a lot of better options out there at SS and even Kyle Dugger is better and is 99 SPD/98 ACC fully powered up because of his combine boost.</p>

<p>TE’s get Tank for 2AP and with Gronk getting Route Tech for 1AP I actually think it’s a pretty good use of AP.</p>

<p>I used Bruce Smith FB for a while with Washington TT and he played really well for me. His carry is kinda low but I had a Wrecking Ball Strat card to boost it. I haven’t used Walls though so I couldn’t say which is better.</p>

<p>William Perry GT FB has 94 PBK and you can put FB’s at TE. He has 95 SPD and better AGI/COD than a lot of TE’s anyways. I was running him at TE2 for a while and didn’t have any problems with him.</p>

<p>Yes you can use the 99 pass. You still have to buy the 98 in the store or use 36k training for the 98 spot in the power up path.</p>
