On second thought it sounds like Quarter 1-3-7. They have a cover 4 but there is also a nasty blitz in there "Under Smoke". It is a pain because it covers your HB with a CPU controlled defender. Try HB wheel to the strong side of your trips. You can also motion snap with a WR behind your oline to pick up that blitz. Or if that is all they are going to call, run out of an Iform.

Were the non-blitzing players in man or zone? If they were in man, then I would agree with WDX that your opponent audibled to spinner. If they stayed in zone, then your opponent most likely blitzed all the LBs, blitzed both slot CBs, pressed, and then moved both slot CBs just outside the rush DEs.
