They took 1.7 million from me a couple days ago.  Closed and re-opened hoping to fix it and got a screen saying they wiped my coins due to coin distribution .  I haven't done anything sketchy, but I recognize that sounds like bs when posted online.  I won't even do transactions in the app because I've heard people have gotten random bans related to it.  

I contacted EA help, they said it's not showing any sanctions.  They escalated to real EA.  Real EA emailed me this morning, 2 days later, saying there are no sanctions on my account and marked it "fixed."  

In the meantime, I did the first set of campus solos before I got too frustrated about my coins and closed the game.  Logged in later and they had taken my little bit of coins again.  

Re-contacted EA, again they say no sanctions on my account and are re-escalating to real EA.  They can't even tell me what might have triggered the sanction because they say there has been no sanction on my account.  I've sent a f'n picture of it.  Fuuuuu
