I'm 20+ years in the software business, and never have I seen a mission-critical - (about $2b in revenue) - application released with as many bugs, glitches, and quality issues. The good news is they've figured out how to track, intercept, and penalize you for trading players amongst friends or your farm team. I suspect that was a big focus in their 5% ($369m) R&D budget in 2022.
I have to reboot constantly to stop lag between screen refreshes (it's the only game on my console, so I don't have memory issues). Graphics on the MUT cards is nearly illegible; gameplay is sporadic, and the game hangs and will drop you between half transitions in squad play, even though your teammate stills see you moving around on the field. I've seen a host of other problems also reported by others.
The problem is, they don't care. EA doesn't need to care; we keep coming back and will be back next year. They care about the money and paying their leadership team millions. I challenge you to look at the report and tell me otherwise!
