The card art has the official digit airport code for Tampa Int'l Airport (TPA)
SB XXV was played in Tampa. Those of us old enough to remember the infamous "Wide Right' Scott Norwood kick that would have won the game for the Bills, who ended up losing 20-19.
On the card art it appears there are 4 suitcases (4 trips to the SB). Including SB XXV noted above, Jim Kelly led the Bills to FOUR straight Super Bowls and lost them all. That's unfinished business for sure.
This could very well be a Jim Kelly card which would likely rival the Elway card.
EDIT: Then of course, there was the Tweet/video from the Buffalo Bills titled "Unfinished Business"...
