Similar plan as it did with Fifa…
remove trade block, huge part of the youtube scene with wagers. how alot of old time fifa youtubers came up (Along with faking packs). Selling cards directly was an issue.
banning youtubers who promote third party coin delivery. Guys were getting banned left and right, sometimes instantly. The coin sellers get less promotion
not at step two yet but probably start next year. Price ranges were put in place to stop huge transaction that coin sellers made.
ultimately, EA wants to keep money in house. Fair play has nothing to do with it. I don’t blame them for wanting their cash. But… saying fair play is a joke cause if that’s the cause they would’ve just not allowed cards that qs for coins to not be traded like last year, make cards traded BND (hit at trading set pieces and selling) and then visiting unfair trades next year. I’m not an employee and I figured it out in 10 minutes. Hits 3rd party and keeps players somewhat happy.
