its a competitive pass. not a participation pass… i agree there were too many hard to obtain must win objectives. But taking every single one of them away removes the competitiveness and essentially makes it a participation pass.
they should have swapped the ratio over from 3 non wins and 10 must wins to 3 must wins and 10 non wins to have some advantage to those who win their games
